You can't force your way into a life that fits.

You create the conditions for it to emerge.

the in between is where we start

Most people who come to me already know something needs to change.

They just can't name what's in the way.

They want to move forward without blowing up the life they've built — and they need support that understands both the internal and the practical reality of that.

That's exactly where this work begins.

Something is ending.

The model that told us to sacrifice first and live later — to prove our worth through exhaustion, to earn fulfillment by achieving enough.

That model is ending.

And what's emerging in its place is the thing most of us were taught to suppress:

Our humanity. Our particular, irreplaceable genius. The specific way we see the world and make something true from it.

I know what it costs to live on autopilot.

I fainted at my desk once from exhaustion. I built businesses that looked successful while my nervous system quietly came apart. I gave from an empty cup for so long I forgot what a full one felt like.

What finally changed wasn't a strategy.

It was stopping. Listening. Meeting the version of myself that had been waiting — the one who created freely, felt deeply, and didn't need to prove anything to anyone.

The year I stopped abandoning myself was the year everything opened. Not through hustle — through coherence.

That experience is the foundation of Second Callings.

Not reinvention. Not starting over.

Coming home — to who you were before the world told you who to be.

I work with accomplished Gen X professionals who've built good lives but feel something stirring underneath. People who aren't lost — they're just done living on autopilot.

Through the CARE framework, I help them:

Connect to the survival pattern that's been making decisions for them. Align their adult self with the part that learned to stay small. Rediscover the natural genius that was always underneath. Express work that feels like theirs — fully, finally, completely.

Your second calling isn't something you find.

It's something you remember.

And you're right on time.

Second Callings - A Manifesto

From the outside it looked like pivoting. From the inside it felt like retreat.

my story

My father died in his forties.

He was capable, responsible, and good at what he did. He also never fully lived the life that was his.

I was fifteen when he passed. And somewhere in that grief, a question took root that I've never been able to put down:

What does it cost to keep deferring what matters?

I didn't stop to answer it for a long time.

—————————————————————————————————

I did what capable people do.

Business school. Strategy consulting. Brand work. After working in corporate, I built agencies, helped others find their voice and direction, and got very good at seeing what other people couldn't see about themselves and their business. But I kept running into the same pattern in myself.

Move forward. Feel clear. Build momentum. Then something would tighten — money, uncertainty, the fear of getting it wrong — and I'd pull back to something safer.

I wasn't lacking vision or discipline. I was missing something more fundamental: a structure that could hold me through the messy in-between.

The place where the old identity no longer fits and the new one hasn't stabilized yet.

No one had shown me how to move through that without swinging between pushing and collapsing. So eventually, I stopped trying to think my way through it — and started building what I actually needed.

————————————————————————

That became Second Callings.

Not because I had it figured out. Because I'd been lost in the middle enough times to understand what that terrain actually requires.

What I've learned — the hard way, more than once — is that transition doesn't fail from lack of vision.

It fails from lack of support.

You can't force your way into a life that fits. But you can create the conditions for it to emerge.

How I Work

My background spans strategy, brand, design, and inner work — because a human is multi-dimensional and everything is connected.

Career strategy and positioning matter. So does understanding the survival pattern that's been making your decisions.

The outer work doesn't hold if the inner conditions aren't right first.

After 20+ years at the intersection of identity and strategy, that's what Second Callings is built around — the full picture, not just the practical layer.

Who this is for

Second Callings is for midlife professionals who have succeeded — and know something is missing.

People who are tired of striving in a direction that no longer feels true. Who want fulfillment without chaos. Who care about legacy — but not at the cost of feeling alive. Who are ready to tell the truth and act on it.

This isn't for dabbling. It isn't for dramatic escape fantasies.

It's for capable adults ready to outgrow an old identity — responsibly, and without losing everything they've built.
